Sorry for posting so much music, but this is just outstanding. I am really obsessed with this. There is just such emotion in her voice, in her phrasing, in her consonants (the crispness of P’s and hard C’s, and especially the smoothness of W’s), the vibrato she uses at the end of held notes, the slight delay she puts before some notes. The leaps are so incredibly precise and weigh so heavily in the best possible way. From the very first note, as clear as a bell being rung right next to your ears, I knew this was special. The B section starts, and you think “this is lame,” and then that chord on the second syllable of “exists” just comes out of nowhere and smacks you SO hard across the face.

UGH. I JUST LOVE THIS GROUP.

I am so happy.

oh man..this makes me miss singing with a group! and wants to make me get back in the studio and record and arrange some awesome music!
